Lyme Heartbeat in association with the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) are providing a free defibrillator awareness and training session designed for anyone living or working within the local community.
Every minute counts when a person is in cardiac arrest, so it’s really important people learn how to deliver basic life support and how to use a defibrillator.
The session will provide you with valuable life saving skills including how to use a defibrillator and perform CPR.
Lyme's Chief Fire Officer and First Responder Virgil Turner will be leading the session alongside first aid training expert Steve Postles.
Please come along to the Chapel at the Alexandra Hotel, Pound Street, Lyme Regis, DT7 3HZ on Tuesday 1st October at 6.30pm.
