Learn how to use a defibrillator
 and perform CPR

Lyme Heartbeat are providing a free defibrillator awareness and training session designed for anyone living or working within the local community. 

How confident are you that you would feel empowered to take action if you saw someone struggling with a possible cardiac arrest?

Every minute counts when a person is in cardiac arrest, so it’s really important people learn how to deliver basic life support and how to use a defibrillator. 

The session will provide you with valuable life saving skills including how to use a defibrillator and perform CPR.

First Responders Virgil Turner and Chris Hutchings will be leading the session.
